SediSludge^® Sludge Thickener

SediSludge® is a compact and high-efficiency sludge thickening and treatment process.

Unthickened sludge contains a large amount of water, resulting in high volume and challenges for dewatering. The high-efficiency thickener significantly reduces sludge volume, increases sludge concentration, and serves as a critical pretreatment step prior to sludge dewatering and drying.

Process Principle

The fundamental principle of the SediSludge®sludge thickener involves the formation of large, dense flocs under the action of flocculants. These flocs undergo sedimentation and compression via a continuously rotating sludge scraper, resulting in discharged sludge with high solid content.
